Refund Policy

1. Overview

Akdron Consultancy Private Limited provides bespoke digital services and AI-powered products. This Refund Policy outlines our position on refunds for both our services and our digital products. By engaging our services or purchasing access to our products, you agree to this policy.

2. No Refund on Services

Akdron does not offer refunds on fees paid for services.

The nature of our work — which includes AI consulting, software development, digital marketing, content creation, SEO & GEO, performance advertising, social media management, video production, and GMB optimisation — involves the deployment of significant time, expertise, proprietary tools, and resources from the moment an engagement begins. Once work has commenced, these costs are irreversible.

This no-refund position applies regardless of:

• The stage of project completion at the time of a cancellation request.
• Any change in the client's business circumstances, priorities, or preferences.
• Dissatisfaction with creative or strategic direction that falls within the agreed scope.
• Results or outcomes that are influenced by market conditions, platform algorithm changes, or third-party factors outside Akdron's control.

3. Exception — Explicit Written Contract

A refund will only be considered where it is explicitly and unambiguously stated in a written, signed Contract or Statement of Work (SOW) between Akdron and the client.

Any refund provision in a Contract will apply strictly according to its written terms — including the conditions, timelines, and amounts specified. No verbal agreements, email exchanges, or implied understandings shall create or expand any refund obligation not captured in the signed Contract.

4. Cancellation of Services

If a client wishes to discontinue an ongoing service engagement, the following applies:

• Written notice of cancellation must be provided as specified in the Contract.
• The client remains liable for all fees for work completed up to and including the notice period end date.
• Any advance payments or retainers covering work not yet commenced may be applied to the final invoice; no cash refund will be issued unless explicitly stated in the Contract.
• Completed deliverables will be handed over upon settlement of all outstanding invoices.

5. Digital Products

For Akdron's digital products (including Akdron AI Hub, ReelFlow, and RankPilot), the same no-refund policy applies. All product subscriptions or licences are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated in the specific product's terms or in a written agreement with Akdron.

We encourage prospective users to review product documentation and take advantage of any free trial or demo periods before committing to a paid plan.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been rendered is a breach of these Terms. In such cases, Akdron reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend access to all services and products.
• Reclaim all delivered work product pending resolution.
• Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated costs and fees.
