1. No Physical Shipping

Akdron Consultancy Private Limited is a fully digital business. We provide AI consulting, software development, digital marketing, and technology products exclusively in digital or electronic form. We do not manufacture, stock, or sell any physical goods.

No physical shipping applies to any of our offerings. This policy exists solely to provide transparency and to satisfy regulatory disclosure requirements applicable to businesses that may also sell digital products online.

2. How We Deliver Our Services

All services and deliverables from Akdron are provided digitally through one or more of the following channels:

• Email: documents, reports, proposals, strategies, content, and project files.
• Shared cloud storage: code repositories (GitHub/GitLab), design files (Figma), and project documents via Google Drive or similar platforms.
• Deployment: software, websites, and applications deployed directly to your hosting environment, server, or cloud account.
• Live sessions: consulting, reviews, and training delivered via video conference (Google Meet, Zoom, or equivalent).
• Product access: access to Akdron digital products (Akdron AI Hub, ReelFlow, RankPilot) is granted via account credentials delivered electronically.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines for services are agreed upon in writing as part of the project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). Timelines depend on the nature and complexity of the engagement and are not equivalent to physical shipping lead times.

For digital product access, credentials and onboarding information are typically delivered within 1 business day of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the product terms.

4. Non-Applicability of Shipping Charges

No shipping, handling, freight, or logistics charges are levied on any Akdron service or product. All fees quoted in proposals and invoices relate solely to the professional services, software licences, or digital deliverables provided.
